The Aeolos Villas complex is located on the Vassilikos peninsula, one of the most beautiful and scenic parts of Zakynthos Island, in the village of Vassilikos.
There are three villas available, all just 700m away from the famous sandy beach "Ionio", but there are also many other beaches in the region which can easily be accessed. The captivating charm of the surrounding area is scenic, lush and green and provides interesting walks through the countryside.
The traditionally warm Zakynthian hospitality is alive and well at the Aeolos Villas complex and combined with the beauty of the natural environment, the breathtaking view and the quality of the service, it ensures guests will enjoy the best possible family holidays all year round.
The Luxury Dream Villa is built in a private plot (measuring 3500 square meters), in the quiet village of Pantokratoras.
The location is ideal, as it is quiet and peaceful, but also close to the famous tourist resort of Laganas, just 2 kilometers away.
The villa is surrounded by well kept lawns, olive trees and your own private little orchard which includes lemon trees, orange trees and pomegranate trees.
Outside, you will also find a large veranda, a sun terrace, a shaded dining area, a swimming pool with sun loungers and plenty of room for children to play.

The villa, a two-story air conditioned building with elevator, has wooden floors throughout and can accommodate eight (8) to ten (10) persons. The ground level consists of a spacious living room with stone fireplace, a large dining area, ‘captain’s corner’ sitting area, a luminous large kitchen with granite floor, a store room, guests’ WC and a single guestroom with shower and WC. In front of the whole of the ground floor facing the sea, is a large covered terrace with a splendid view of the sea. The upper floor consists of three guest rooms and one large office with stone fireplace. Upon request can be converted to a bedroom / office. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom equipped with Jacuzzi, ladies boudoir, private playroom (multi gym, bike, and pink pong table and dart board). The two other double bedrooms share one bathroom equipped with Jacuzzi. Both bathrooms have mosaic tiling throughout. All three bedrooms open out onto large verandas with all of which have fantastic views of Laganas Bay, Marathonisi Island (a protected marine park for the habitation of the protected Caretta-Caretta sea turtle).
We found the inspiration and will from within ourselves to build these luxury villas in enchanted surroundings. We were captivated by the magnificent views of the infinite blue Ionian Sea , we took advantage of the local craftsmen skills and artistry and using traditional methods we built using local stone and wood from the area. Adding a touch of luxury we created our aspiration and objective of our desires
